1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Tectonic Health. By accessing or using our services, website, or mobile application (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tectonic Health, Inc. ("Tectonic Health," "we," "us," or "our"). We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
2. Description of Services
Tectonic Health provides a healthcare coordination platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare professionals for in-person medical visits at homes and workplaces. Our Services include:
Scheduling and coordination of medical appointments
Facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers
Health records management and secure data storage
Workplace wellness programs for enterprise clients
Mobile application for appointment management
Important: Tectonic Health is not a healthcare provider. We facilitate connections between patients and independent licensed medical professionals.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. By creating an account, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries are excluded from our Services. Due to federal regulations, we are unable to provide medical treatment or clinical services to individuals enrolled in Medicare (including Medicare Advantage) or Medicaid (including Medicaid managed care plans). Tectonic Health does not participate in, bill, or submit claims to Medicare or Medicaid, and our Services are not covered by or reimbursable under either program.
By creating an account or using our Services, you represent that neither you nor any household member you enroll is enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid. If you or an enrolled household member becomes enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid, you must notify us promptly, and that individual's access to the Services will be terminated as of the date of enrollment. We may, at our discretion, offer general care navigation support and guidance to Medicare or Medicaid beneficiaries, but such support does not constitute medical treatment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Medical Disclaimer
The information provided through our Services is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read through our Services.
5. Payment Terms
Fees for our Services are described on our website and in your service agreement. All payments are due according to the terms specified in your agreement. We accept major credit cards and ACH bank transfers.
We do not bill, and do not accept payment or reimbursement from, Medicare or Medicaid. You agree not to seek reimbursement from Medicare or Medicaid for any Services provided by Tectonic Health.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tectonic Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
