This Agreement includes a disclaimer of liability in Section 6. Please review that section (and all other terms) carefully. This USER AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is a legal agreement between TECTONIC HEALTH, INC. ("Tectonic Health", "Tectonic," "our," "us," or "we") and you individually (in each case "you" or "your"). If you wish to participate as a user of Tectonic Health's services, you must click on the "I accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement" button. By clicking the "I accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement" button you acknowledge: (a) that you have read and understood this Agreement; and (b) that this Agreement has the same force and effect as an agreement signed with original signatures. If you do not click on the "I accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement" button you will not be entitled to participate as a user of Tectonic Health. This User Agreement was last revised on July 1, 2025. We reserve the right to change the terms contained herein, in our sole discretion, at any time. BY CONTINUING TO USE THIS SITE OR ANY ASSOCIATED APPLICATIONS AFTER SUCH CHANGES ARE POSTED, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF THIS USER AGREEMENT. You are expected to check this page each time you access this Site so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you. This applies whether we give you notice of the changes or not. You warrant that you have full authority to accept and perform this Agreement.
This healthcare service is provided to you as a benefit from your employer. There are no direct fees charged to you as an individual user unless applicable to the employer Terms of Service. All costs are covered by your employer as part of your employment benefits package. This benefit includes coverage for you and eligible household members, including your spouse/partner and dependents living at the same address.
Family Coverage: The family coverage includes individuals living at the same household address. If you are adding household members over the age of 18, they will need to accept these terms of service individually. For household members under 18, you are accepting these terms on their behalf as their parent or legal guardian.
Tectonic Health users receive primary care services as well as pathways to mental health support, physical therapy, and prescription services. At Tectonic Health's own discretion we will send a medical provider to users' homes on file in our systems after a chat or video visit. The services included in your employer-provided benefit are as follows: 1) chat visits, 2) online video visits, 3) in home visits, 4) select labs, 5) chronic condition coaching, 6) mental health support pathways, 7) physical therapy pathways, 8) select prescriptions with 9) home delivery of said prescriptions
Nurse practitioners and other healthcare providers will also prescribe medications and make referrals to specialists and hospitals as required based on their medical judgement.

We are closed the day before, the day after, and the day of 10 major holidays and services are not available on these days.
If you lose your prescription/medication that was delivered to you from Tectonic Health, a new supply will not be delivered until it would have been regularly scheduled. If it was a one-time (acute) medication it will not be delivered again. Our providers can discuss with you the option to send the medication to a pharmacy of your choice. You would be responsible to pick up your medication and any co-pay or other costs of the medication.
The service does not include specialty labs, non-covered prescription drugs, imaging, specialty imaging, or specialty care normally provided by a specialist. The service does not include urgent care or emergency care services. If you need immediate assistance you should dial 911. Tectonic Health does not prescribe controlled substances on the DEA list. Tectonic Health does not provide the genital or breast portion of comprehensive physical examinations.
There is no limit to the number of visits you can have once you become a user. We strive to provide same day virtual and home visits but cannot guarantee same day visits. Home visits are available based on clinical need and provider availability. You might be subject to the Employer Terms of Service that requires virtual only as a user.
Individual Appointments: A user may cancel their appointment with Tectonic Health a minimum of 24 hours in advance. A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in restrictions on future scheduling.
Service Termination: Your access to Tectonic Health services is tied to your employment status and your employer's contract with us. If your employment ends or your employer discontinues the service, your access will be terminated. Individual users cannot independently cancel or modify the service arrangement, as this is an employer-provided benefit.
Employer Termination: Employers may terminate their contract with Tectonic Health according to the terms of their separate agreement with us. In such cases, all covered employees and their household members will receive appropriate notice of service termination.
TECTONIC HEALTH'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL, IN ALL CASES, BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOUR EMPLOYER FOR YOUR COVERAGE DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE INCIDENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. GIVEN THAT INDIVIDUAL USERS DO NOT PAY DIRECTLY FOR SERVICES, TECTONIC HEALTH'S LIABILITY TO INDIVIDUAL USERS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TECTONIC HEALTH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF TECTONIC HEALTH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. These documents explain how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information.
All content, features, and functionality of Tectonic Health's services and platforms are owned by Tectonic Health, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
