About us

Healthcare should come to you

We're on a mission to make quality healthcare accessible to everyone — not by building more clinics, but by bringing compassionate care directly to homes and workplaces.

Our Mission

We believe that access to healthcare shouldn't depend on your ability to take time off work, find childcare, or sit in a waiting room for hours

Tectonic Health was founded on a simple idea: what if the doctor came to you? We're building a future where professional medical care is as convenient as ordering groceries — available when and where you need it, without sacrificing quality or compassion.

Care Without Barriers

"Making healthcare accessible, affordable, and convenient for everyone, everywhere."

Our Story

From a simple observation to transforming how teams access healthcare.

2020

The Spark

Our founders saw the challenges patients faced when it came to access to primary and preventative care, and they saw no one making a real innovative difference. That moment sparked a question: why does healthcare have to be so inconvenient?

2021

The Foundation

The founders talked to hundreds of consumers and payers of healthcare, digging deeper into this challenge, identifying the barriers that exist and the impact of these barriers. This work helped the founders develop the idea of Tectonic Health.

2023

The Formation

Assembling a team of health, tech, and business experts, the founders began building Tectonic Health. They identified key partnerships, regions of highest impact, and developed a strategy that aligned with their mission of bringing high quality compassionate care to the patient when and where they needed it.

2025

The Seismic Shift

Tectonic Health officially launched commercially its core services to be used to build out its more sophisticated Intelligent Primary Care Platform with several employers in Central Pennsylvania. This launch created a seismic shift in the delivery of primary and preventative care for this region, setting the stage for rapid expansion.

Today

The Growth

Through live feedback from patients, providers, and clients Tectonic Health continues to iterate and reiterate its platform, growing its capabilities. While continuing to scale access to our service through key partnerships and direct reach out.
